SUNDAY USE Please vacate the rooms as quietly as possible when there is a service in progress. Evensong starts at 6.00 p.m.
CASUAL HIRE Keys are to be collected NOT MORE than two hours before Hire time, unless previously arranged with Mrs. Colvin, and RETURNED IMMEDIATELY after vacating the halls. Hire Time includes preparation and clearing up. There are keys for TWO cupboards, marked HIRE, containing crockery etc. There is NO CUTLERY Hire charges to be paid when collecting the keys.
In the event of both halls being used independently kitchen facilities are shared: - a) LARGE HALL Sink, cooker, urn, kettle facing the grass area. b) SMALL HALL Sink, cooker, urn, kettle facing the car park There is a microwave installed between the two sink areas. This is a shared facility when separate parties are using the halls. IT MUST BE LEFT IN A CLEAN STATE AFTER USE.
HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. Portable Electrical Appliances. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that any equipment brought in for use in the Halls has a current TEST certificate. St Christopher’s DOES NOT accept any responsibility for ‘other users’ property.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE Hirers are responsible for their own Public Liability Insurance, either under their household insurance or as a ‘One off’ event insurance. The Church insurance DOES NOT cover casual hirers or non-church organisations.
Any problems refer to ‘CONTACTS’ as on the main HALL notice board.
LOST PROPERTY there is a sheet on the notice board to enter any lost/found property and space for a contact name. Please delete entry of any items resolved. There is no collection point.
